A quiet place to keep track of your days.
okay is a minimalist Android app for daily routines, quick check-ins, alarms, timers and small projects. Everything lives on your phone first; cloud sync is optional.
What it does
- Routines — several daily checklists at once, with completion history.
- Check-ins — answer your own questions (mood, energy, medication, who you were with) as many times a day as you like, then see trends and export them as CSV.
- Rules — editable sheets of personal rules for specific situations.
- Alarms and timers — with home-screen widgets.
- Projects and calendar — boards of tasks, and a calendar of the days you assigned them to.
Google Calendar integration
If you choose to connect your Google account in Settings → Google Calendar, okay requests access to:
- See and edit events in your calendars (
calendar.events) — to show your Google events next to your tasks in okay's calendar view, and to create or update events only when you ask the app to. - See the list of your calendars (
calendar.calendarlist.readonly) — so you can pick which calendars appear in okay. - Your email address (
openid, email) — to show which Google account is connected.
okay never sells your Google data, never uses it for advertising and never uses it to train AI models. You can disconnect at any time from the app, which revokes okay's access. Details in the privacy policy.
